Information contained in the permit application will, upon request, be made available to the public for inspection and copying. If sources wish to request confidential treatment for business information, such information should be submitted separately to Guam EPA, along with a claim of confidentiality. Documents submitted under a claim of confidentiality must be marked "confidential," preferably on each page of the document.
How can I check on the status of my permit application?
To check on the status of your permit application, call the program responsible for the permit for which you are applying. Contact phone numbers for program staff are available on each program's page on this site. The main Programs page contains links to all program pages.
