Viewing the Site

This site was originally designed for Netscape Navigator version 4.x. (The site is currently being rediesigned for newer browsers.) While users of other 4.0 or higher browsers should have no problem viewing the content of the site, those using browsers with a version number below 4.0 will not be able to view and/or use certain features of this site. Netscape 6 users may also encounter problems with some features.

For optimal viewing, your screen resolution should be set to 800x600 pixels and the color palette should be set to "True Color" or "Millions of Colors." In your browser, JavaScript and Style Sheets should be enabled.
